X6 Collaboration and Cooperation

I was thinking that we might set up some kind of referral system for us owners of the X6 so that if we get inquiries out of the area that we are comfortable traveling to we might refer to one another?

We might even think of dialing in our prices and service structure so that we are all kind of working together. This is a big country with a lot of work for everybody and we might be able help each other out and be more productive in our work?

Let me know if that is something that you guys think is a good idea and we can take it from there.

I had a guy ask for some photo work in SC and that is way to far for me to travel so that might fall on one of you guys??

I feel that the one's of us that like the idea should discuss the details in a private environment.

Yahoo!! My insurance agent called yesterday to say they can offer a policy for an X6.
Policy info: $800/yr, $2million liability, $2500 deductible but damage to the X6 is not covered.

My next move will be to contact DF and get an order in the works.

A couple of "biz" questions for you "guys":
- Do you usually charge for the job or by the hour?
- Do you supply your clients with a CD or actual prints?
- Should I stick to stills or get the cam-corder as well?
- What sort of rates do charge?
