How do you experienced Draganflyers deal with "Virtual tour" competition when applying your aerial platform to "Real Estate"? It seems impossible to me to compete with 3 virtual tour spots for $210C. Are they in your area? Check out this site. www.realfotovictoria.com/

If your looking at doing Aerial Virtual tours of residential homes I wouldn't bother. After experience in selling real estate and now providing 'Aerial Virtual Tours" via an X6 I think the ideal target market are developers sub dividing land into new residential sections. Have a look at www.richmond-realestate.co.nz/virtualtour.html I do these for new sections/subdivisions and they are more than happy to pay 5 x more than a standard land based Virtual tour.

These have been developed in conjunction with a software guru.
There is a combination of software and scripting involved and to much time and money invested to simply give away the answers sorry.
However if you guys are really keen to start selling this kind of product I'm happy to provide the service of creating them from your photos (for a nominal fee). International exchange rates on the NZ$ would make it a cheap option for you.
You'd be amazed at the sort of applications this sort of technology can cater for. Inserts can include video, sound, 3d building inserts, multiple map overlays...the list goes on.

We are currently in the process of getting a new demo up and running with new menu structures/features etc. Will be happy to give a link with password to whom ever is interested when it is ready. Cost would be $100NZ per hour (I need to double check regarding tax but I think it will not be applicable on international sales). NZ$ is about 55 cents for the Euro and around 70 cents for the USD. Each job is different and time frames would vary accordingly, but quotes would be provided. Payment would be via pay pal If interested leave your email address on here and I'll be in touch.

Oh and I forgot to mention. Photographing a Panorama from the X6 is very easy. No need to buy any extra lenses or cameras if you already have the LX3.

Craig, Please add me to your list as well. I don't have an immediate need, but it's nice to know the service is available. Thanks Rob air2you@rcp.ca
