I think a letter needs to be written to Draganfly and make them aware of the issues X6 owners are having and also that this discussion board is online and that they need to monitor it and have a Representative available to address the issues. Would like all of your input and opinions.

Here's a draft of a letter to Draganfly, would like your thoughts and input:
To Draganfly Innovations Inc. I would like to make you aware of some issues with the X6, I speak for myself and other known disappointed customers that have purchased the X6. The first and main problem is that The X6 will not handle the wind that you clam it will. this is a major issue. as people based there purchase decision on what they are told and read. this has a bad taste in every X6 owner that I've talked to. it puts limitations on when and where you can use the X6 for it's intended purpose.
Second customer / tech support has a lot to be desired. Questions go unanswered, calls are not returned when told that " I will call you in the morning " I have waited as long as a week for a reply, and not sure if I would have received one if for not being persistent.
Some seem to be having range issues, both control and video. I am still in the testing stages for range.
There is a discussion board online that you should be monitoring and should have a representative available to answer questions and to give advise.
Draganfly really needs to address these and all issues in order to succeed in this industry with the advent of the internet people communicate world wide at an alarming rate. there are many forums and discussion groups for the aerial photography industry and people are very active on them. it would be to your advantage to do whatever possible to see that your customers are satisfied with your product.

Here's one reply from one owner: good letter and i think that dragan really needs to get on the ball. the video portion is another thing that i am greatly disappointed with. now after learning that the video that they posted on the dragan site claiming that there was no image stabilization used was taken with fixed and upgraded equipment.....NOT the dragan fly equipment that they sell. this is a direct misrepresentation and is a legal ground for sales contract termination. very disappointed with the video part and as it stands for me right now the video is unusable portion of the product. this is half of the price that I payed. still 10+ hrs wind here so I have not been able to fly let me know how you do!!

My reply to: ( sure that is a good idea! we just need to have some of these issues resolved )
in my opinion they could resolve all the issues but the wind what they > claim it can handle, the only way they could do that would be to upscale the > whole heli. which wouldn't be a bad thing, but how they would deal with us > that already have this one ? the only way that I would be happy is a > straight exchange.

I agree that there needs to be some resolve as far as what is stated for performance and what it will do in actuality. I understand that there will limitation to all things. those limitations are agreeable and tolerable if explained and well illustrated right up front. when you buy something you base your decision on what the seller advertises including price and performance.
